About our Appartment

Our cozy apartment is located about 3 km from Guxhagen in Wolfershausen, a district of Felsberg, near Kassel about 15min. Due to the good motorway connection many excursion destinations as well as large industrial companies (VW plant, Baunatal, B. Braun, Melsungen etc.) can be reached quickly.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people (a 5th person can if necessary sleep on the pull-out sofa bed) and is located on the 1st floor of our house (attic), which is in a quiet residential street and back at the edge of the field.

The living room

Now some details of our apartment. Please look at the pictures, they say more than words. It is possible to rent for 1 - 2 persons, one bedroom, living room with dining area and balcony, kitchen and bathroom. In this bedroom is a new 1.80 x 2.00 m large box spring bed (Tonnentaschenfederkern).

For the 3rd and 4th person is another bedroom with a 1.80 x 2.00 m large double bed available, from which one has a magnificent view of nature. A wardrobe is also in it.

The living room is equipped with a leather couch (on which possibly another person can sleep), a beautiful glass dining table with 4 leather chairs and a flat screen TV.

The large kitchen is equipped with another glass dining table, a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave - actually with all the things you are used to at home. If you miss something, please let us know.

The large, bright bathroom has a bathtub (if you want to relax) and a shower with shower enclosure and a rain shower head. Adequate towels, a hair dryer and for "emergencies" toothbrushes, toothpaste and shower gel are of course available. A washing machine is also in the bathroom.    After 10PM no shower and full up the bathtub.

On the south-facing balcony, which faces the field, you can relax or enjoy your breakfast.

Access for guests

Summer and winter duvets, bed linen, towels, tea towels, ironing board and iron and clothes horse and much more are available. If you need a travel cot or high chair, please contact us.

Interaction with guests

We, as hosts, live in the lower apartment. After the conclusion of the lease, we can clarify the check-in and check-out by mail

Other important information

We ask that you treat our property as if it were your own. Washing with the washing machine max to 9 PM.  After 10PM clock we ask for room volume.  Please no shower and full up the bathtub after 10 PM. We are a smoke-free house, where smoking is allowed on the balcony of course. Please no pets (our cat unfortunately does not like dogs :-()

The infrastructure - well supplied

Around Wolfershausen there are doctors, dentists and a pharmacy. For self catering there are shops with bakery, butcher and beverage market in 3 km away Guxhagen or 6 km to Gudensberg.

Also good restaurants can be found in the area.
